Turnaround time is about 3–4 weeks unless a quicker option is selected at checkout. I do offer a rush/priority option of 2 weeks or less for $50. The turnaround time starts once your hair is dropped off or delivered to me.

- This price does not include hair. Please also add your hair and frontal or closure to your cart. Or if you have hair from another company, state that in your order notes and we'll provide the address to ship your hair to.
- This wig construction price includes customization and styling for shipping/pick-up only. This does not include installing on your head.
⏱ Production Timing
Standard: 3–4 weeks from the date your hair is received (dropped off or delivered).
Rush / Priority: 2 weeks or less — add the Rush option at checkout for an additional $50. Rush slots are limited; availability is confirmed after your order is placed.
Note: Turnaround begins once hair is in hand, not at the time of purchase.
📏 Cap Measurements & Fit
Accurate measurements ensure the best fit. After ordering, we'll reach out to collect the following:
- Head circumference — measure around the full perimeter of your head, just above the ears and across the nape.
- Front to nape — measure from your hairline at the center of your forehead to the nape of your neck.
- Ear to ear (across the top) — measure from ear to ear over the top of your head.
- Temple to temple (around the back) — measure from one temple, around the back of your head, to the other temple.
- Ear to ear (across the forehead) — measure across the front hairline from ear to ear.
- Nape of neck width — measure across the nape from ear to ear.

🧴 Care Instructions
- Washing: Use a sulfate-free shampoo; gently lather in a downward motion. Avoid scrubbing the lace.
- Conditioning: Apply a moisturizing conditioner from mid-shaft to ends.
- Drying: Air-dry on a wig stand when possible. Use low heat if blow-drying.
- Styling: Use heat protectant before any heat styling.
- Storage: Store on a wig stand or in a silk/satin bag to preserve the style and protect the lace.
- Lace care: Clean adhesive residue gently with an alcohol-free remover. Avoid pulling or stretching the lace.
📸 Production & Approval Photos
We send a confirmation photo before your unit is finalized so you can approve the look prior to shipping.
Once approved, your unit moves to final styling and is prepared for shipping or pickup. No changes can be made after the approval photo is confirmed.
